Xbox won't load games? Lag and no volume

So

last night everything was fine and this morning I tried playing cod 4 remastered and I had no volume after the intro and the online I had no volume except when I would shoot and I was lagging like crazy. Even campaign wouldn't work. Same with infinite warfare minus the lag. Skyrim plays fine and metro redux but forza won't load and neither will black ops 3.

Has anyone else had this problem or knowing a way to fix it?

Could it just be bad connection from the snow storm?

Please help.
